Race Day Plan

  • Arrive 1.5-2 hours at the venue prior to your race start.

  • Look for the Centaurus Tents in the Team Pitzone.

  • Eat a good meal 3 hours before your race start. This should consist of foods that you are familiar with and know you can easily digest.

  • A couple of hours out, have a light snack.

  • Keep drinking water the whole time.

  • Around 45 min. before your race start warming up. This can be done on your own or with a coach. There will be a schedule posted in the team tent.
