About the Event
Along with a great attitude, please make sure you have the following for practices.
- Minimum of 48 oz of water in bottles or a hydration system
- Items to fix a flat (tube, inflator and/or pump, patch kit, tire levers)
- Snack
- Helmet (properly fitted)
- Lightweight jacket
